No, we are only online. We don’t want you wierdos visiting us.
We typically don’t customise our items. However, send us a message with what you are looking for, and we will let you know if we can help. Any images need to be in PNG format at a minimum of 300dpi.
There is also a $60 set up fee for this service.
What an idiot, Lol. No worries, just send us an email as soon as you can to filthymouthapparel@gmail.com and we will try and make sure the changes get made before the order is shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you will have to contact Australia Post directly and redirect it to the new address.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Standard production time is 14 days. We send our parcels with Australia Post.
